Statutory Authorities in Malaysia
- IRB (Inland Revenue Board)
- EPF (Employees Provident Fund)
- SOCSO (Social Security)
- EIS (Employment Insurance System)
- Submit to the IRB on monthly basis for employees who are subject to the monthly deductions/instalments
- Submit to the EPF in accordance to the permitted percentage under EPF Act 1991
- Submit to the SOCSO in accordance to the specified rate under SOCSO Act 1969
- Submit to the EIS in accordance to the specified rate under EIS Act 2017
